Like I'm 5 sells digital plans and mentor credits. Because access is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are consumed.
If a payment fails but money appears debited, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will verify with Razorpay and issue a refund where applicable.
If your account has already received purchased credits or active plan benefits, refunds are typically not available except where required by law.
Email hello@likeiam5.in from your registered email with your Razorpay payment ID, amount, and date.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank settlement timelines may vary.
